Drey Hotel

Everything is good except there is no decent breakfast within the hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying here a few days. Enjoyed the decor and newness of the hotel. Among the pleasant staff I met, I ran into Lance - concierge - the most. He seemed to go out of his way to ask if we needed any assistance, always asking if there was anything he could help us with. When you are visiting an area for the first time - this is truly appreciated.

Favorite hotel in Dallas

I am exhausted and on my way to the airport so I’ll make this brief. I LOVED my very short stay at the Drey. I came to Dallas for a wedding. The staff knew that I was arriving early Saturday morning after a long flight that was grounded due to bad weather. They did their absolute best to accommodate me with an early check in. Everyone was so friendly. Bridget, Alexia, Lance and Richard deserve recognition. Richard especially, for being so kind and friendly. I looooooooved the shower and would come back just for that and for the mattress that I only was able to use for two hours. I’ll admit the driveway/valet area is NOT convenient during inclement weather but other than that this place was JUST GREAT.

Love the Drey we have stayed here several times. Close to restruants and shopping if you want to go out. Great amenities on site for shopping, pickle ball, fitness, pools. You don’t have to leave at all if you just want to hang out and relax.

The staff at the Drey made out first visit to Dallas and our girls trip amazing and memorable. The customer service was impeccable and the property was beautiful. Special acknowledgment to Alexandrea at the front for a great first impression with check in and lance the bellman extraordinaire. He was super helpful charismatic. And alex cavozos was great. He truly cares about the hotel and the satisfaction of the guests making sure they have an enjoyable stay. My stay at the Drey was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had and I won’t hesitate to return the next time I visit Dallas!

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Alex and Lance. Wine and bottled water were free. Each of us were given a robe to use. Hotel provided soaps. Beds were comfortable. Downside was the area in walking distance was vacant. Food nearby and at hotel was okay. Pool area was not easy to access from hotel. We had to go out and in to get to it through the front doors of the hotel. Alex brought us free wine to the hot tub and lance brought free wine to the room. We would stay again.
