Good hotel overall but would never stay here again. Valet literally took 30 minutes to retrieve the car. The hotel is so noisy like a club and front desk did nothing.

I went to overeasy for breakfast this morning since I'm staying in downtown Dallas. After doing a google search, it really is the closest to access from the historic centre. and had prompt and friendly service from Zian. The food was great. Definitely would recommend.

My review is for the diner under the statler, overeasy. Went there for breakfast after scouting out places close to historic downtown of Dallas. Was greated by a very pleased door lady and then by Zian who was our server for brekky. Zioni provided prompt and friendly service. Food was good, coffee pretty much the same everywhere you go in 🇺🇸. I liked the pot being left on the table for self serve

The Statler hotel was outstanding. Beginning with Trey the valet he helped us with our luggage on the way to the room he told us the restaurants the times they are open till, the boutique, the speakeasy, he was kind and informative. Michelle at the front desk helped us with the check in and check out process she was quick, helpful and kind, last but not least was Julia the housekeeper, our room 307 everyday looks spectacular, clean. She would greet us with a warm smile in the mornings.

Ziah is great! Love her energy. Best barista to get when you’re having a grumpy morning lol. Also, coffee was delicious! Will definitely be back. Have come in every morning for the past week! Love it! Next time need to try the mocha, looks amazing!

Literally the best hotel I have ever stayed in today. The rooms were clean, beautiful and the staff are extremely accommodating.
