Overall a nice stay! :-) nice complementary breakfast……..

The price is about the same for this kind of service. The location is a bit remote and it looks like an industrial area nearby! The hotel has a simple breakfast!

Everything was great. If the pool was warm it would have nice is all. But great service clean rooms. Good breakfast. 😊 Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool was ice cold in an air conditioned room. That was a deciding factor over several other hotels and was a non benefit. Not walkable at all due to construction. Would not recommend

Overall nice hotel. Only negative was felt the suite was only a couch by the window which wasn't worth the extra money.

Always use holiday in express first disappointment cleanse and room selection even when I selected and paid for a suite

Roaches in our room, roaches in the pool area and very limited privacy in the room itself no real bathroom door and walls are paper thin. Staff was very kind on the plus side.

We travel to Dallas, TX almost yearly. Every time we choose this hotel. This last trip they went above and beyond printing out some important documents needed for our return home. Thank you!!

There were roaches and silverfish in our room. The ‘system’ charged me $219 with no explanation (but not a ‘real’ charge) There was am undisclosed parking fee.later reversed. No low fat or skim milk available.

Room was spacious but poorly kept. Breakfast is okay, nothing amazing. It was quiet during sleeping hours which was nice. My kids loved the pool. Location wasn’t the safest. Probably won’t stay here again.

Maybe the hotel owner is doing a public service by letting the homeless stay here or something. If so 'bravo" for his civic mindedness. And the woman at the front desk was helpful and excellent. But this place just felt unsafe so we aborted our 3 day Dallas stay here after one day. Breakfast looked unhealthy, shower door handle broken. Clincher was 3-4 AM profanity laden shouting match on our floor that apparently no one but us reported. Which is telling. May be average for NE Dallas 635 corridor, but I would head for safety elsewhere

I would like say the gentleman who greeted us was AMAZING and much more than a desk clerk! My wife and I came in town for a knee replacement surgery. We arrived late in some serious storms with flooding, winds and many warnings. When we arrived he said that we had been redirected by who we booked with because they were full. My wife asked if they had any rooms available and he told us they had 1 room that didn’t get cleaned. He offered to clean the room. He changed the linens, cleaned all surfaces and appeared that he even vacuumed. The hotel is definitely worth staying at. If the rest of the team is anything like him they have an incredible team.
