Nothing big or remote didn't work but overall it was all beautiful!

Everything was very cool, beds were comfy, etc. The art and vibe of this place was so interesting. :) Definitely worth coming too, restaurant was nice. Kays, our server, was very kind and helpful. Really nice hotel, very clean and has kindfull staff.

Great service! Went with some friends for an expo nearby and ended up getting food at the restaurant”hamilton’s.” The food was delicious and the portions were perfect! Our server, Kays, was very helpful in choosing drinks and dessert and was just very kind over all. I definitely recommend staying if you’re in the area! :)

Lovely hotel 5 minute walk to convention center for Fan Expo. The staff is the most incredible I’ve ever experienced. We were treated like absolute royalty. I was stunned as most hotels are annoyed we are there. The food is delicious. The drinks are phenomenal. Everything they do is custom. Would I like rum or tequila? Sprite or club soda? Fresh strawberries or purée? Glass or plastic? Every single time and I must have ordered five strawberry mojitos. They will find you wherever you are with your orders. They thank you every time you leave a room. When you walk up to any staff, at the front desk, the bar, anything—they immediately stop what they are doing, drop everything, make eye contact, big smile, how can I help you today? How is everything? What can we do to make your stay more special? Staff is vacuuming by 7am. Security guards—multiple and friendly—make you feel safe at any hour. Pool is small but lovely. Not a leaf or dead bug to be found. Shout outs to bartender Kodir and all his staff for being professional, caring, sweet, kind, and not bad to look at ;) Beril and Cecilia at the front desk…and just everyone else whose name we don’t know. Oh and — I asked for housekeeping and replenish of all towels and toiletries and they actually did it. If I could move in today I would. Best hotel experience of my life. THANK YOU!

Rude staff Loud, obnoxious parties right outside guest windows. After a long day visiting Dallas, we came back to rest but apparently could not because of a loud pool party. Filthy pet area, seems no one but me picked up after their pet. Loud, struggling AC Sparse room amenities

Water was shooting out of bathroom faucet got me soaked twice. Really not as fun or interesting as the pics make it seem either. Have to pay for parking that’s connected and gated to property too!
