Very clean, great customer service

It was the best room I have ever had for the low price. It was very clean, and smelled clean as well. The bed was comfortable and slept very well. The area is noisy but that was not the hotels fault. The property was being renovated and repaired in areas so it didn't look the greatest from the parking area. However for the price the room was very much well worth it and the breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Our toilet didnt flush. Carpet in our room was stained. Beds were nice and fresh though.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Booked with my points, just needed a place to stay on our way home from Florida. Booked 2 rooms on the first floor with King beds. Called this morning to verify the rooms, I was told everything was all set. When we arrived, we were told that there were no rooms on the first floor with King beds, and we would have to go on the 2nd floor. Then she told us there was no elevator. So we sign for the rooms, and head to back to go up the stairs. My radar went off when I saw all of the work trucks parked out back, and a nasty looking stairway, that we had to walk up. I hear this very loud music blaring out of a room upstairs. As I am walking up the stairs, the door is wide open on the room right next to mine, and all of these guys are hanging out in this room with the loud music. I open up the door on my room, and the smell of smoke was enough to knock me over. I couldn’t get out of that nasty rat trap fast enough. This has to be one of the very worst hotels that I have ever been in, that bears the Wyndham name. Steer clear of this one!!! I am getting my points back, but it takes 3 to 5 days to get them credited to my account.

Was shocked to learn upon arriving that it was a motel not a hotel. Rooms were all outside entrance. Expected a hotel with inside entrance into the rooms. Louder by far.

The property was well kept. The only exception was the construction which I guess is to be expected any where these days.

We were given a room that was handicap accessible which was more than we needed. The room was big and kind of scattered. The motel was right next door to a Olive Garden.(good)

This property is in major need of cleaning and repair. There is literally a hole in the bathtub, the TV has a large line across the screen and the whole room is super dingy with layers of dust and dirt in some areas ...and there was an old sandwich left in out fridge. If it wasnt so late or if we weren't so tired for driving 11hours we would have left.

It was nice but no heat or nice hot water
