It is a brand new, different concept hotel that was renovated in 2023 and its rooms are spotlessly clean. Our room was simple, elegant and useful. Since the location is right in the center of Dalyan, we did not need a car during the holiday. Pool, garden and room cleaning are excellent. The open buffet breakfast in the morning is prepared carefully and we liked it very much. In addition, there is a croissant cafe in the garden of the hotel and it is incredibly delicious. We also had a good time by the pool with the cafe's coffees and drinks such as all-natural lemonade and orange juice. I definitely recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very good, the cleanliness is good, the service is good, the breakfast is a little weak but sufficient, it is a very friendly family business. Thanks for the nice holiday.

The location of the hotel is really good. But parking is not provided. You place the vehicle wherever you find an empty space around. We cannot say that the hotel is good in terms of cleanliness. It is a very disturbing situation, especially when cats and dogs wander around the dining tables. This may not be a problem for those who have pets at home and are not disturbed by this situation, but we were disturbed. Two of the towels provided by the hotel were dirty. The bathroom door was problematic. Due to the hotel's location, the noise of entertainment venues continues until late at night. We also found it strange that there was no shampoo or shower gel in the rooms. We had shampoo with us and it was no problem, but cutting down on such small things does not portray a positive image for the business. I think if the hotel pays attention to the little things, it won't cross the sea and drown in the stream.

A friendly, sincere family business that tries to help in every way. We came as three girlfriends and enjoyed it very much. It was nice that it was both clean and central. We thank them for their treats and pleasant conversations. We can definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our holiday very much. It's a family run business and everyone was extremely welcoming. The rooms are clean and the location is very close to Iztuzu beach. The coffee croissant is a must try. It is definitely the place I will choose on our next trip to Dalyan.
