Dalyan Live Spa Hotel

After a week in this wonderful little hotel I can't wait for a chance to return. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and room service was excellent,Great buffet breakfasts with lots of choice. Close to the river and just a 10/15 minute walk into delightful Dalyan. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to come back next year.

Amazing hotel, staff & surroundings. I’m now a lover of Dalyan after my first visit. I’m coming back to the same hotel in a month, it’s that great. Excellent food and the spa facilities are really good. Can’t wait to return. The relaxed a**osphere was lovely & sunbeds always available. The pool was also lovely. It’s located in a perfect spot for walking to the river, or a walk into town. It’s also 30 seconds from the ferry pick up point. Prices were great for food & drinks, cleaning facilities also spot on and daily. Lots of coffee & tea left in your room daily. Just loved it.

Just returned from Dalyan Live Spar (22/05) will try to be perfectly fair and split the review into pros and cons. The pros being the whole site is spotlessly clean, lovely pool, no sunbed wars, limited but good breakfast, bar and restaurant prices reasonable and good quality. Good size bedroom and comfortable bed, quiet evening/night. Very friendly staff. 10-15 minute walk to Dalyan centre or £3.50 taxi. Was given free 3 hour checkout extention, thank you. Now the cons, the 'room lottery' we were allocated 216 which is 1st floor overlooking the road, worst 'view' we have ever had in Turkey, immediately asked for a room change, told no chance, hotel full. Still on the balcony they are roughly made of wood and in need of restaining. They are furnished with two upright 'recycled' (painted white) dining chairs (very uncomfortable) and a well used plastic table. If you have any room other than a 1st floor outside facing one you will have a large bathroom with walk in shower. We drew the 'short straw' and had a very small bathroom with a cubicle shower, I can only assume the allocation is made on the size of the guest, large people wouldnt fit in these showers! The room we had did not meet a 4 star rating due to balcony and bathroom, perhaps 2/3 stars. The unfair aspect of this is we paid the same price as people who had far superior rooms. Final point, one of the reasons I chose the Live Spar was that it had a gym, well in the time I was there the two treadmills were 'out of order' both of which together with the cross trainer could best be described as 'home use only.' Dalyan is lovely but wont return to the Live Spa in case I lose the lottery again and get a 2/3star room! (please view photos).

Couldn't fault the hotel, staff were lovely, facilities great, very clean and modern. Only one minor note:- the sprinklers came on of a night time which was fine but there was no one to bring in the cushions each evening so they was all soaked next morning and therefore not useable.

This is our second stay at the Dalyan live spa hotel in dalyan and it is without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in,the rooms are clean and airy,the hotel staff are friendly and the breakfast is amazing with 100% effort to the catering staff and again they are all so nice. The pool is cleaned regularly and I cannot praise the hotel highly enough I would recommend this hotel as it is a nice chilled place to stay. One slight wish is I would like to have comfortable chairs on the balcony of the guest rooms!

Beautifully clean and certainly a little gem just off the beaten track Staff so kind and helpful couldn’t do enough for you Can’t wait to return We have shared our experience with our friends who all fancy trying it now Thank you you exceeded our expectations for sure

Very friendly staff . Always clean and tidy. We had a ground floor room overlooking the pool; though others will overlook the gardens or the road ( not as nice) . Walk in shower ; with good supply of hot water, though occupancy was not full, so this may change. Rooms have a tv and a kettle and a small fridge, and a safe ( no extra charge) . Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of hot and cold. Coffee was good. Tea was available. Bar was manned early till late; a tad expensive, compared to the town bars, but not silly prices. There is no shop, but you need to buy water ! So its a short trip to the local shop. Walking to this 1st shop is about 10 minutes, and into the centre is about 20 mins. Its very flat and we saw others hire bikes and scooters to nip about. We were a little disappointed that the sauna and steam room ( both in the downstairs spa area) needed an extra payment ! , but the indoor pool (also down stairs) was free to use. The gym was ok but no tv on or music; seemed a little “sad”. Overall a good adults hotel , as nothing there for kids other than the pool. Plus no lifeguard. Would i return = yes.

Another fantastic stay at live spa. This is an exceptional place to stay, from the rooms, showers, to the breakfast, brilliant !! I've never come across better, happier, friendlier staff . I've read a couple of things that the breakfast has little choice ... lies !! No coffee/tea in rooms ... lies !! No toiletries ... lies !! There is so much choice at breakfast, there are loads of toiletries, replenished daily if used, same with tea/coffee . This is the best hotel in Dalyan hands down . Thanks guys , you all work so hard , see you next year ☺️

Booked late about a week before arriving and felt like bargain of the year…Lovely staff..Great breaks…Great Spa and pool…location also good..especially fresh omelettes……if your going to Dalyan first time we’ll recommended…Thank you all staff
