I checked in on Thursday and checked out on Friday, but the 100 RMB deposit I paid hadn't been refunded by Saturday. When I asked the staff, they said they'd handle it on Monday after work, but they didn't give me any further explanation. The service was extremely poor. They told me to file a complaint with Ctrip without hesitation.
