The ever worse hotel i visit . Cleaning.....zero Respect zero . No privacy Management horrible I don't advise anyone to face what i faced

It has now been renamed to Seven Gates hotel. Definitely not Sheraton standard. The Internet is not working in the rooms it seems because of the thick walls (sic!), very overpriced bar, empty pool - altogether very disappointing experience overall.

Located at the heart of old Damascus city, I can smell the history of Damascus staying this hotel. Walk around and see the old twon is very relaxation and enjoyable. Breakfast is wonderful with a lot of local foods.
