Occidental Paradise Dambulla

Lovely open plan hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Pool was excellent for swimmers not just splashes! The hotel was very quiet when we visited as it is off season which was such a pity as so much food must have been thrown away. The quality of which was excellent also.

We had a great time. The environment was very calm and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided added to our convenience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and look forward to coming back in the future.

The great relaxation and pleasant experience we had ever . Staffs and manager are very kind to us also they treat us very politely. Room is comfortable but want to improve some small changes. Food is so satisfied. Environment was very clean and well organized. So thank you to The paradise team for the wonderful time. Highly recommended for all.

We were part of a group tour for a week around various places in Sri Lanka. This was our first hotel of the tour. We got to the hotel in heavy rain in the evening and were allocated rooms straight away. There were 21 people in our party. Unfortunately almost everyone on our party got large duplex suites but we were given a basic one. We only found out later when we were chatting to others in the group. As we were there only for 2 nights, we didn't bother complaining. Shower was not always hot especially in the mornings. Room was basic and needed to be upgraded. To be honest we were glad we were here only for 2 nights as rest of the hotels on our tour were excellent. Breakfast and dinners were good and there was a large variety of food. Pool was large and enjoyed swimming on the second evening. Staff were friendly too. On the whole, a decent stay but shame about being given a basic room compared to rest of our group despite all of us paying the same for the whole tour. Also our room was one of the furthest away from the main reception area.

Excellent service and hard work of servants. Many kind of things in it .The Breakfast,Lunch and the dinner also so tasty. Good and marvellous view in the environment.The rooms are very comfortable .The reception is good It has many kinds of games like adventure games and table tennis like that. Staff is very kind and pleasant . This is very great place to visit in Dambulla.

Best ever adventure experience in first time. Comfortable bedrooms. Great customer service . Calm place. Lovely nature Good and marvellous environment around the hotel. Good in foods ( Breakfast ,lunch and the dinner). Gaming items also there . Great place to visit in Dambulla.
