It was a new experience, but the air conditioning and refrigeration were very weak and needed frequent maintenance. The bathroom door did not close well. The bathroom was very narrow and a small space. If you are overweight, the hotel is not useful to you. The hotel is 45 years old. I hope I provided useful information. First of all when i entered my room i surprised the AC is very bad and the room in very hot i called front desk and they said they will send someone and 1 hour later no one show up and i called again no answer , the food is not great at all and the salad only cucumber and tomato and not even cuted properly , my first impression at the hotel is bad and I don't recommend it.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms ( the AC was somehow noisy), good buffet breakfast, reasonable room rate and extremely friendly and helpful staff especially the Manager Mr Yasser Al-Qahtani. My hotel choice in Dammam.

Ac and water heater doesn’t work well, I asked for iron it’s come broken The bed and pillows aren’t comfortable at all. There is stain in the towels. there is strong smell of wall paint at the reception. I don’t know how this hotel get 4 stars. The facility is outdated
