Got additional charge without any notice. This is not why I gave you guys my credit card for. I called the customer service several times and got no feedback. Every time a lady will tell me that someone will call me back or send me an email. You guys made Marriott like a fraud. Shame on you. Will never visit again.

The hotel is on the hill overlooking the entire Dana Point Harbar, the view is very good! Especially the restaurant has an invincible sea view, very beautiful! Room is small.

Beautiful place. A bit of a money trap with resort fees and mandatory valet parking at close to 50.00. You can park on the street but it’s limited time parking g. If there was a parking lot we could t find it.
Overall we really liked the resort. Great staff, incredible views.

while really disappointing for me as a business traveler looking for quiet enjoyment, if you do have young children (who you may or may not want to supervise at the pool) this is actually a GREAT place to stay and experience what Dana Point has to offer. my terrific room had two patios but couldn’t use them or even keep door open with the constant noise from unsupervised children running around the entire pool property screaming and playing-it’s great to be family-friendly but im thinking my 4 nights at $700 per night plus $50/night parking and the fact that i’m a repeat customer would entitle me to the use of the property as well, without having to shut myself indoors. i’ll survive.
