Great location, helpful and responsive staff. The building had some roof leak issues and we had to change rooms. Our trip occurred during the atmospheric river rain storm.

I don’t recommend this place. You can’t check in until 4pm. The day is over! They charge for a bottle of water and $40 to park! Nicole and dime you to death! Do NOT recommend

The front of house and valet were Super courteous, helpful and kind. The wait staff for breakfast were unavailable, then condescending and rude!! We had a 'stuffy' and very unfresh smelling room at first, with a view of the large garbage bins in back. When my young daughter began 'sneezing' after an hour, they upgraded us to a frontside ocean view/breezy room! What a relief as staying for 2 nights it was so much more pleasant!

This is the best location in Dana Point. See and hear the waves. Walk the beach is super easy.
