Very good value for money, clean and hygienic room, plenty of heating, good breakfast, next to the Target supermarket, not far from Walmart and Marshell store, very convenient!

We arrived late in the evening after unexpected delays driving to the hotel. We had a large, well appointed, clean room waiting for us. The bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was as hot as we needed it. Breakfast too was hot and ready when we needed it the next morning, checking in and checking out were both very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel overall is a meh. It's just the average small hotel. Although the room is kinda good because I can see the view of its grassland. I like it. It is a nice hotel in Conneticut with just a few minor flaws. Overall I hate it and love it at the same time

Thank you Ravi and Team for the most enjoyable stay! We booked this knowing that it is a budget friendly establishment and so we had our expectation as such. However, this place exceeded our expectations. You can tell there is a real focus on cleanliness and hospitality. Perfectly located, we will return next time we are in town.

This hotel has a great location. Two restaurants within walking distance, near I84 & a Target store a few hundred feet away. Breakfast area too small for size of hotel if too busy and breakfast had inadequate servings (one morning sausage was way over cooked & next morning no bread or bagels). Hotel is a bit dated but was clean & room had 2 sinks.

I do not recommend this hotel. While the rooms on our floor were updated and fairly clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and kind, the front desk staff rarely even looked up when checking in, asking a question, or checking out and they never spoke more than 2 words. Nearly every time I went by the front desk they were slumped over sleeping, all hours of the day or evening. The hotel had a very strong odor of flowery air freshener, everywhere, including inside your rooms. It was so strong it permeated our pillows and bed linens, and my eyes were burning by the time we checked out - this is the main reason I could not stay here again. The breakfast was barely OK, but expected for what we paid for the room, eggs were overcooked and strange, and it was nearly emptied out by a guest who was clearly living there and carrying out multiple plates of food every day I was there. There was no fresh cold water anywhere to be found but they had juice, milk, coffee, and tea.

Excellent value. Hot breakfast was well stocked, hotel is well maintained. Rooms are clean and furnishings are updated. Very convenient location right off the highway exit. Shopping and restaurants nearby.

Bare floor, no carpeting, which could be a plus as the floors were clean. Television broadcast was analog. Internet information was given at check-in , but it was not mentioned. No grab bars in the bathroom for entering and exiting the shower. Upon checking out, I was told NOT to take advantage of the breakfast bar, as a patron was getting sick all over the floor. The general manager Ravi went above and beyond with customer service. Full hot breakfast was excellent both mornings. Eric at front desk and Rosa in housekeeping were excellent as well. We definitely will stay here again if in the area in the future.

Thank goodness we really only slept there. The hotel is tired and in need of updating. I can handle that but it's also not very clean. I picked up the remote control in the room only to find a "sticky substance" all over the top and back of it. The room is worn, with peeling wallpaper and unfinished carpet base. Speaking of carpet, there is an obvious patched area on the 3rd floor hallway with the end piece not glued down at all and one morning I caught my shoe on it and fell down, hurting my neck. I reported the fall to the front desk person who just said "oh" and went on. This was after we attempted to have breakfast but there was no food, it was 8AM. Eggs empty, bagels, sweet rolls empty. No knives, no forks, no cream cheese, etc.... The desk clerk began to fill items but just complained that the "night guy" knew how many check outs there were and didn't prepare properly. The TV was impossible to watch because the signal was so bad everything was fuzzy. We were visiting family and if we hadn't prepaid for the room we would have checked out the first day. Stay away from this hotel.

Toilet leak. Broken shower curtain rod. Tub faucet not working correctly. Dirty bathroom. Broken lamp. Sundries inadequate - no razors or shaving cream. Missing "do not disturb" sign. Cold, dry breakfast. Breakfast ended too early.
