One of the worst hotel ever seen . Went to hotel , had wait long near the gate but no one opened the gate . Called thousands times but didn’t answer my call . I had already paid the money . It’s seems I just wasted my time and money . The hotel seems full of scam no refunds. Never again book the hotel from trip.com . *********** is far more better than trip.com
