Trip.com Group Country Retreats (Dihua Earth-house Joint Resort)

很棒的一次住宿體驗，雖然剛到時因房型問題產生了問題，但是前台立即給予解決，免費升級了房型。住宿環境棒，安靜。服務也很贊。

農莊是新建的，二期還在完善中，所以有些周邊設施還沒有開放，但是環境和房型都很好，獨棟小屋，私密性好，湖景也很令人放鬆，出門就是棣花古鎮，希望農莊能開發出更多自有的親子項目。

農莊整體都很不錯，位置優越，交通便利，前台的工作人員也都很熱情，有什麼需要的客人服務員都很快能送到，衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，客房用品齊全，住着很安心，非常適合一家人出門旅行，推薦推薦☺️

從我踏進這家農莊的那一剎那，我就知道自己做出了正確的選擇，環境寧靜，設計感十足，服務也非常周到，入住和退房的過程都十分簡單快捷，環境特別好，夏天了，草坪很綠，拍照很出片，前台和客房服務員都很熱情貼心，非常感謝工作人員熱情招待，讓我們的旅程更加完美。

酒店環境還是不錯的，工作人員的服務態度還是很好的，辦理入住有些小插曲也就不説了，唯一不理解的就是酒店的管理和經營理念有點匪夷所思，要瓶礦泉水竟然還要收費，這個價位的酒店住過上百家，第一次遇見，不理解酒店老闆或總經理的經營方式還真有點奇葩……！

這次旅行玩的很愉快，棣花古鎮很美，特別具有歷史文化紀念意義。尤其是古鎮離攜程度假農莊挨着走路不費勁很方便，農莊不僅環境優美，住的舒服，且還有一個水上餐廳飯菜可口，最主要是服務員很貼心熱情，有一種回家的温暖感，下次待到荷花盛開還會再次光臨。

入住的時候前台得之我們是外地過來，給我們介紹附近可以遊玩的地方還蠻熱心的，喜歡每個房間都是獨立的有自己獨立的私隱空間，採光也還不錯，一大面落地窗可以更直觀的看到外面的景色，酒店位置在景區內挺大的，散步的時候安靜舒心，可能因為附近山多環境不錯夜晚很多星星，別樣景色

Not recommended for the following reasons. First of all, this place has not been developed yet, and there are still a lot of ****s inside. Secondly, the service attitude is very general. If there is a problem, they only say sorry. All the results caused by their problems are borne by customers. The check-in experience is very bad. Originally, Ctrip booked and chose to check in four hours in advance, but no one informed us. When we arrived at the store, they said there was no room. Sorry, we went to the town for lunch and came to check in at two o'clock. As a result, we were told again that it had not been cleaned out. We were already very unhappy. Then after checking in, we found that the room type was inconsistent with the online booking, which was equivalent to downgrading the check-in. When we asked the waiter, we were told that we were sorry again, and then there was no room type we booked. The parking fee was the problem again. When we entered the door, we called the front desk and said that the parking fee could be refunded when we checked out. Then when we checked out, we told us that only one car could be allowed in one room. We booked two four-person rooms, but only one car was reported, and it was informed afterwards. There was a feeling of being played like a monkey. The check-in experience was very poor. The room was very small. The pictures on the Internet used a lot of false photos. In fact, the big bed was in the living room. For a four-person room, there was no privacy at all. It was a very bad stay. I will never go there again. The service attitude is also hard to describe.
