説是有枕頭服務，我選了小枕頭，打了電話，到退房都沒有給我送來。
小朋友的拖鞋和牙刷都沒有，給前台打電話，前台説有的，但是後來送的還是大人的，服務員説，人太多了，沒有了。
這樣的五星級酒店，體驗很差。
