We booked this hotel for the free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. We were not able to use either of them. Breakfast closed early (at 9:30 as opposed to the 10am that was told). The shuttle to the airport was suppose to be "on the hour," and hadn't showed up by 20 after, so we called an Uber.
Front desk staff was very kind and helpful for the most part. Our challenges were out of their control. Our shower would not turn on until maintenance came to fix it, leaving screws and a dripping faucet for the remainder of our stay. Our kiddo got sick, and it took two hours to get the appropriate cleaning crew to our room.
Would not pay the price to stay here again! Not worth the cost, and the promise of free transportation is not reliable.

Descaso total com higiene e limpeza, se voce chegar no cafe da manha apos as 08:00, nao da coragem de sentar em nenhuma mesa, de tanta sujeira, nao ha limpeza. Nos quarto, desde fio de cabelo na cama e lençóis queen numa cama king, o que faz o tempo todo o lençol sair, muito desconfortável. Ja me hospedei outras vezes nesse hotel, dessa vez deu para ver que a qualidade caiu muito, desde a limpeza, ate a qualidade da comida no cafe da manha

The online property stated it had a lounge/bar and restaurant, and it had neither. The family we were visiting dropped us off in the late afternoon before our next day's earlier morning flight, and we planned our stay at the hotel because it showed those amenities. It was inconvenient for us to get back out to grab food and drinks. Please update the website to reflect this. The pool was also dirty, so we did not get to relax in the pool either. Breakfast was just ok; the eggs were very odd and undercooked.

I am so disappointed. We were not able to check into our room until 3 hours after the check in time. We had been at the beach and we were dirty and tired and we had to wait so long to get into our room! Terrible start to our stay!

Checked in on the app. Arrived at our scheduled time of 4 but the room wasn’t ready. Check-in person said it wasn’t cleaned so called housecleaning but they had no estimated time for it to be ready. Our friends were waiting for us and when another check-in lady heard me telling my friend that they had no idea when the room would be ready, even though check-in is 3 and I actually gave them an extra hour, she came up and now said it was an air conditioning problem and would put us in another room. Why didn’t they tell us that in the beginning? We were really disappointed in the hotel. We have stayed here several times but probably won’t stay again. They acted like it was no problem for us making us wait for a room. Maybe because we used points? Not the way to treat their Hilton honors members, or any guests!
