The hotel is fine. But as I found everywhere I went in Florida, that most of the staff was in training, and incompetent. I called for the free shuttle waited an hour called again waited an hour and finally paid to get to the hotel. I questioned the shuttle driver and he said the front desk never informed him of a pickup. That was the first of quite a few bad experiences I had at this hotel. Hopefully they will get staff trained and service will improve. But I won’t be staying here again.

Blackout curtain left about 15 inches from bottom of window, the floodlights outside lit up the room , bathroom door could not shut

This was a great hotel for our cruise. We could walk to eat out when we got there the night before. Were able to walk to a mall and get wine and some forgotten items prior to leaving. Breakfast was good. The room was really spacious and clean. Definitely stay again

The place is a stopping off spot for the cruise crowd. Breakfast was pretty bad, the food was acceptable for the most part but the place was really crowded. Yes, they offer shuttle service to and from the cruise port but at a much inflated price. The staff was friendly enough.

Trop près de la I95 donc très bruyant. L’hôtel a besoin d’un bon facelift la salle de bain était très déplorable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour ces raisons
