Everything about the property was Ok. I was disappointed that they did not make up the room .The second day they told me that I had not requested the service. For the price of the room, breakfast should have been included, although it did not look too appetising.

We enjoyed our stay …staff was very accommodating and arranged for us to be shuttled to Dania Pointe Shopping ( in hotel description this is supposed to be a free shuttle)BUT in busy season they don’t offer this ,..,I showed them the website blurb and Santiago & Crystal made it happen !!

Hotel bem perto do aeroporto, 7 minutos. Para passar uma noite oK! O chão não estava muito limpo mas no geral estava bom. O Hotel possui uma pequena academia, piscina e restaurante. Mas fui tomar um café espresso no bar do saguão e cobraram 7.00 dólares uma xícara de espresso aguado ( absurdo)! Custo/beneficio OK.

Every time we have stayed at this hotel the staff is so wonderful . I have noticed since the last time we stay the transportation has been changed for the better. Thank you again for making my stay for my current cruise so easy.

The hotel is definitely comfortable.And very convenient. But we stayed for 3 days, and never had maid service. The sign to hang on the door said "Do Not Disturb" on both sides. The last day we were there, someone put another sign in the room that requested maid service on one side. There is only one washer/dryer for the entire hotel, and the front desk had no soap, so we ended up walking to the nearest laundromat. We were there for a cruise, so we didn't rent a car. The staff was very friendly and informative. A local area map would be helpful, too. I guess people use taxis, but we prefer public transportation, and that was readily available. Luckily, our room faced the parking lot, so it was quiet. Federal Highway can get very noisy, and we were spared that nuisance.
