Rooms are a bit dated but they are a great size for large groups. Breakfast was good and the area surrounding the hotel provided many food and shopping options.

Our shuttle driver. I couldn’t understand him due to his thick accent. He was very curt and impatient, bordering on rude. Everything else was wonderful. Room is beautiful, comfortable bed, and the best shower Ive ever had.

Excellent pre or post cruise hotel. Friendly and professional staff; nice rooms, and a lot of shopping/eating options easily walkable distance. Arranging transportation to the cruise port was also easy and affordable. Will choose to stay here in the future!

Arrived early after cruise. Had to wait entire 5 1/2 hours to check in at normal time. Bar tender and on-site restaurant service was excellent—only reason I gave 3 stars instead of one. The breakfast—6am to 9:30. Arrived at 9:02: out of coffee, creamer, plates, spoons, sausage, bacon. When I asked attendant to replenish I was told that no more food was coming, they had made a lot and breakfast ended at 9:30. I pointed out to her it was just 9:02. Spoke with manager—coffee, plates, creamer, bacon suddenly appeared.

Property is great and well off I-95, so quieter than the Hyatt Place across the street. Many food and shopping options within easy walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. The breakfast is marginal, though, so you might want to plan breakfast out or buy some groceries and eat in your room.
