This place was old, outdated and room was filthy. Couch was disgusting, carpet was so old, dirty and dingy. It smelled terrible and musty and there was puke (or something) all over the wall by the toilet. Thank goodness we were only there for a night. We flew in in the evening and flew out the next morning for our actual destination. Breakfast was limited but better than nothing. Guy at the front desk was super nice when we checked in, but because of how dirty and gross is was we would never stay here again. Especially for $213.76 w taxes and fees.

Being near the airport a hotel should anticipate people arriving early. I understand they cannot have room ready until check in but having a place yo secure their luggage is not too much to ask. Especially for $190 a night. Plus we were told we would get a call when our room was ready and we did not and the staff gave me an attitude about it when I was upset. Disappointing stay.

When we checked in, were not given directions to the room and walked in the wrong direction. Room directly across from the eating area and a children's party was going on during the day and cards were being played during the night. Room smelled musty.

Overall hotel was very good. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, room was clean. We arrived early and they allowed us to wait with our luggage until our room was ready.
We did call early from cruise ship, 6am’ish to ask for an early check in and to find out if they had storage space available. Unfortunately, Night duty worker told us that they were booked full the night before and could not do early check in and that they did not have storage space.
After waiting around in lobby with luggage we learned that they do early check in and have storage space on a first come first serve basis. Seems the night duty/ early AM staff isn’t aware of what they have available for quests. Other than her misinformation the hotel and other staff we dealt with were kind and very helpful.
The airport shuttle does not start until 6am so if you have an early international flight you have to arrange your own shuttle. We had to be at airport for 4am and arranged an Uber.

The place is not worth the money! There was an odor in both of the rooms we rented! Water on the floor when we checked in, stains on the chair and lamps!

The hotel wouldn’t provide the complimentary shuttle from the airport without me providing a cell number.As I didn’t want to incur roaming charges I didn’t want to do that so I ended up having to get a cab. The remote was missing for the tv. TV won’t work without a remote. The night desk clerk was of no help. General cleanliness of room was bad. Toilet leaked. Gone way downhill since we last stayed
