I am a Hilton Honors member. I have never been treated as such in the past. Or experienced the rooms being as dirty and nasty as this hotel. Once we arrived, check in was smooth however, the room they put us in was dirty seats were nasty with stains. The bed did not have a bed skirt. It showed the dirty boxspring. So then I called down and advised that the room was nasty and I requested them to move us. Room number two: I was walked up with the front desk clerk the room we went in was clearly being used as someone was occupying it so we walked in on someone. Then she immediately spoke to the manager that was on the floor. He gave us another room. The third room had stains or blood on the skirt. (See pics) Both skirts were nasty at this point. I was ready to leave the hotel however they asked that I wait, and he went and found us another room, which was room number four. Once I open the door of that room, it seemed cleaner so we stayed in that room. I feel like the wait time they had me sitting and waiting in the lobby as they checked other guest in they treated me as if I wasn’t a Hilton Honors member, I should not have had to wait almost 2 hours after I checked in. How do they expect people to stay in a unclean rooms? This is the first BAD experience I’ve ever had with the Hilton. I WILL NEVER STAY at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port again.
