Only one courtesy van per day to the city. That van overbooked every day.. hotel needs multiple vans.

General overview: Customer service was slow and lacking. Perhaps understaffed at check in - took one hour standing in office. Food was okay, not great. Rooms were clean on arrival but not noticed any room cleaning service through stay. Located away from central tourist area and not close to any beaches. Would recommend renting a car. Room balconies were next to each other, can be noisy if neighbours stay out in their balconies too late/early. Seems like a great place for families with children as there are many water slides though noticed not much water flowing through them.

Op vele resorts geweest, maar heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt! Het viel echt zwaar tegen. Dit resort niet 4 sterren waardig!!! Plus punt: -Mooi hotel met ruime kamers -Mooie omgeving -Personeel bij de receptie, 1 heer aan de bar van het restaurant en dame bij de robot bar heel vriendelijk! Min punt: -De rest van het personeel, heel onvriendelijk en chagrijnig. Er kon geen lach of goedemorgen van af. Als je goedemorgen of goedenavond zei kwam er niks terug. -Als je iets wilde bestellen keken ze je aan alsof ze dachten wat kom je hier doen. -Drankjes werden letterlijk op de bar gepleurd. -Totaal geen variatie in het eten. Ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde! Ben 2 dagen goed ziek geweest! Avond eten koud en geen groenten. -Kamers niet goed schoon, vieze vloer. Personeel mag echt een training gaan volgen hoe om te gaan met gasten. Mensen betalen duizenden euro’s voor hún vakantie en geen tientje. Er zijn veel mensen die keihard sparen om op vakantie te kunnen, dus een lach op je gezicht of een goedemorgen is dan wel op zijn plaats!!! Ik zou dit resort echt niet aanraden, weggegooid geld!!!!

Las personas que trabajan acá son muy lentas! Desde el que te atiende en la recepción hasta el que te sirve las bebidas, el todo incluido es dosificado y con horarios para todo, no hay un menú de niños constante tienes que estar solicitándolo y debes tu como huésped estar buscando tus toallas de piscina Y transportar tus propias maletas. Hay un pequeño parque de diversiones que prácticamente no funciona nunca solo 1 hora y fines de semana estuve 5 días y solo el primer día logramos usarlo, además de un tobogán rápido que la mayoría del tiempo estuvo cerrado, le falta mantenimiento en las sillas de extensión y no hay salvavidas todo es bajo tu propio riesgo y para finalizar nuestra habitación estaba inundada tuvimos que reportar esto varias veces y si no vamos a la recepción y exigimos el cambio ellos no harían hecho nada, solo dejaban toallas encima del agua.

Cars were full of roaches. No apology or replacement offered. Unhappy staff and felt bad to even ask for the the free drinks that were available.

Een hartelijke ontvangst bij aankomst op de receptie. Toen de receptie gesloten was en ik merkte dat ik mijn portemonnee kwijt was werd ik heel lief opgevangen door Marilou; zij opende meteen de deur en gelukkig was mijn portemonnee gevonden. Gedurende onze vakantie had ze steeds even tijd voor een hartelijk woordje; een compliment voor haar is hier zeker op z'n plaats! Een prima appartement met een fijn, groot balkon. Het appartement werd dagelijks gepoetst en voorzien van schone handdoeken. Ook ons bed werd regelmatig verschoond. Valt dus verder niets op aan te merken. Het appartement lag aan een prachtig zwembad met lekkere ligbedden. Het eten was goed en gedurende de hele dag een grote verscheidenheid aan drankjes en hapjes. Eén ding wat wij wat minder vonden was het avondeten: wel lekker, maar wat eenzijdig. Daarentegen hadden we twee bonnen gekregen, eentje om sushi te eten en één voor een barbecue. Deze waren beiden fantastisch! Samengevat: een prima verblijf in Kunuku Aqua Resort

Não pode ser classificado como ALL inclusive, nem Resort nem. Horários muito restritos para comida e bebida. Não há reposição no frigobar , nem de água. Um hotel meia pensão é melhor. Tem ótima infraestrutura, porém com atendimento e comida ruim. Atrativos noturnos só vão até 21:00. Deu 21:00 tudo acabada, comida não tem mais. Se sentir fome após este horário você não terá comida. O tratamento dos funcionários para conosco não é atencioso , uma cara de desgosto ao trabalhar nem parecem que foram treinados para trabalhar com o público. O serviço de quarto é péssimo, e olha que estou falando do BÁSICO, sabonete, shampoo, tapete do banheiro nada é trocado, só arrumam a cama. Travesseiros sujos e com odor , até o cinzeiro quando chegamos estava cheio de cigarros , ou seja, a sensação é que sequer trocaram e limparam as coisas dos hóspedes anteriores. Se gostam de comer somente nuggets e batata frita este é o local adequado, porque é a única coisa que servem sem acabar, o resto tudo acaba em minutos e não é reposto, primeira vez que venho a um ALL Inclusive e tenho que comer fora do hotel. . Almoço e jantar nada variado , tem dias que nem carne tem , só frango e panqueca , e a as sobremesas, gelatina e bolo seco , gente como assim ? Cadê as tortas , pudins e afins. ? A sensação que tive é que estão quebrando e vão fechar as portas. Não voltarei jamais e não indicarei jamais este hotel em Curacao, peguem um hotel simples com café da manhã que vão ficar mais satisfeitos e gastar menos dinheiro.
