Beautiful grounds and lots to do! Many activities for golfers and children/family. No need to leave the resort for something to do but if you choose to, the resort is close to a myriad of activities! Very relaxing and laid-back vacation spot.

The property is beautiful, and we had a pleasant meal with a charming waitress. Those are the only good things I can say about this place. Upon checking into our room, we found dirty tissues and food on the floor, and a dripping liquid on the walls. We were in one of the executive suites, which are apparently older.The phone to the front desk wouldn't work, so we had to walk over to the lodge to request a new room. The new room also had litter on the floor, but nothing with bodily fluids and as it was late we stayed there--cleaned up the litter ourselves. Then discovered the a/c kept shutting down. Front desk told us how to fix it ourselves, but when that didn't solve it, a maintenance man came. His fix worked for a while but around midnight everything stopped again--and it was quite hot out. So, no, we won't stay there again. And what I find especially shocking is that two requests to discuss this with management resulted in no response at all. This is an unprofessional management in every way.

The Glade Springs Resort is the definition of excellence! I stay here several times a year, for business and pleasure. The scenery is unlike any other resort in WV. The multitude of activities, for all ages, are a rarity when choosing a place to stay. I am stunned at the superiority The Glade Springs Resort exudes every time I stay! Thank you Glade springs for providing an excellent family resort, here in the State of WV!

We kind of fell into this place, and when we first arrived, there were some minor issues with our original room, but thanks to Sierra at the front desk she went above and beyond to give us a bit of an upgrade, we really appreciated that Sierra. This place has everything, really nice outdoor pool, fitness center with what looks like an Olympic size pool to me and a really good functional hot tub, which was very clean and smelled good .

The grounds were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We felt very relaxed and safe. Our sink was clogged when we arrived and someone came very quickly to fix it.

Friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Comprehensive recreation/fitness center. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Buildings have some age but are clean and pleasant. Beautiful country for walking trails. This was our 3rd stay and we plan to return again!
