大堂人員服務還可以，就是酒店太老隔音特差，電梯等好久，停車場緊張。停車管理員還不錯，幫找停車的地方，指揮停車和出酒店

訂的行政套房，酒店服務中規中矩，保潔阿姨人很好，需要啥隨叫隨送，訂的行政套房，帶個客廳，但是套房樓上就是餐廳，每天早上五點開始後廚的風機就開始嗡嗡的響，很吵，晚上也會一直響到十一點多，對睡眠輕的人很不友好。
