We were dismayed by the disrepair of this Hampton Inn. Nothing felt particularly dirty, but tiles in the bathroom were missing, lamps and coat hook were off the wall, paint on the doors was peeling, the security latch on our entrance door was broken, carpeting everywhere was stained and worn. The plus factor: the staff at the front desk and the breakfast staff. They were accommodating with a full hotel.

We stayed there because we were told that the Hot Tub was working fine. Of course it has been broken for a while. They had only one cart to carry luggage, which had bad wheels. The wife could hardly get the door open on our room, door handle needs fixed. The elevator has the wall trim hanging at the bottom of each panel. We found the clipboard from the maid still sitting in our room. Must have been in a hurry to leave, as she left someone else dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. Needs management to take a hard look at the overall cleanliness of this hotel.

I was sure I saw "Cribs available" on the list of amenities when booking, as this is needed. However, upon check-in, when we asked about a crib, the receptionist looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about.

Overall the stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Some of the furniture could use an upgrade/update. The carpet could use an update. The bed was good with nice pillows. Overall we were satisfied, just could’ve used a few updates to some stuff. But staff was nice and friendly.

Staffing was clearly an issue here. We only had minimal housekeeping 2 out of 3 days (i.e. clean towels and the trash taken out) beds not made and nothing else cleaned. The room we were in was sold as an accessible room with two queen beds. It was a regular room with no extra space to accommodate a walker or a wheelchair. There was hardly any space to turn around with a walke and then a second person could not walk by the beds. The bathroom simply had two grab bars added to a tub. Had to ask for a stool for the tub. There was no hand held shower head. Not my idea of an accessible room. I've had better luck at other Hampton Inns. Not this one. Very disappointed.

Not the best or cleanest Hampton we have stayed in. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. However, our room was missing towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a coffee maker. I don’t know if we would return to this Hampton. Location did not feel the safest.

Stay was overall good. Friendly staff...However the shower handicapped rail inside of tub was loose to coming out of the wall. Lady at front desk wrote fown complaint and said would give to maintenance.
