Courtyard Danville

I left a lengthy review on their site. Not many choices in Danville. The staff could care less, they are rarely where you can see them. They have no maintenance on the weekends. Try sitting on a half hanging toilet seat. This trip was unbelievably loud and obnoxious with a “group of workers going back to Mexico the next day” All 6-8 in one 2 queen room, next to mine.is that even OK? Music blaring, yelling. The desk could not get them to subside into the night. Lauren moved us. She was one of the two descent employees we encountered. Rooms aren’t restocked ( what little there is) or vaccumed, dirty glasses not removed. Dont believe the pictures they show for food. I can tell you a 9oz glass of wine is $20, Before tip. Should you stay here, take your own beverages. Don’t be in the back where partying goes on well into the night. I use to like this place. But this place is in need a serious overhaul with staff attitude, Manners and realizing may be, hopefully other people that have an acceptable work ethic that you are expendable. So sick of hearing how good it is people just show up for work! Marriott grow a pair, pay them better if and only if the do a reasonable job. Get worthwhile mangers. People that can actually manage! Customer service was great. Bistro is under staffed and too slow. Room and bed was cozy. Staff was really nice! Lack of room service also

The rooom was nice and neat.

Very nice hotel. Clean friendly staff. Only wish the breakfast was open earlier as we had to leave each morning before 7

Great place to stay

I enjoyed the Bristo and bed. I didn’t like the lack of bathroom towels.

Everything was great . Arrived and was able to get coffee and food late . Room was beautiful . Late checkout was awesome. It was overall wonderful experience while being able to go to the ****** down the road . Would definitely recommend this hotel .

Most peaceful stay!!!!

When I arrived I was told that the card on file with ******* had expired and I had to pay for the room again. I have my receipt from ******* for $195 and the receipt from Marriott for $180 $20 for incidentals. Now if I have my receipt from PayPal and the bank shows the charge why did I have to pay twice? Unexpected expense ruining the entire experience.
