The bed could have been more comfortable, but it wasn't horrible. Good heating unit.

We booked this hotel for only one night and were impressed by not only the hotel but the service. Gabe was awesome and attended to our needs like family. Everyone there was so polite, from the front desk to the breakfast bar lady to housekeeping. I will definitely be back when we visit family in Danville. Thank you!

The location of the hotel was ideal for going to the ****** which was a birthday trip. The young lady that prepared the breakfast was awesome. She was friendly and easy to talk to. Breakfast was really a great start for the day.

Place is under construction still room was fine but had workers across the hall and all the stuff from said rooms in the hallway and by elevator(not the best spot) beds furniture carpet etc.
Maybe try to not put guests on the floors you are tearing up
No pool or hot tub even though it says there is at booking ( it’s there just covered up )
It will probably be a nice place once they finish it all but it’s still a little hectic atm

The staff at this hotel is pathetic and petty. I called to cancel my reservation due to a medical emergency. THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE ROOM! I stay in a lot of hotels and yes I get that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, but, there should be some understanding. Choice Privileges you need to do something about this place.
