我住過全國服務最差的全季酒店。
房間因為空調外掛機非常吵
我是華住鉑金會員，全國都是兩點後退房。但是酒店不管，衹能十二點退房。
當時我人不在房間，給我打電話，要強行給我退房，我説有行李，要強行幫我收拾行李放前台。這是多**的服務員呀，我説你知道我行李裏有什麼嗎，你動不了。真是**大發了
