21年的時候來過一次當時感覺不錯，有自己的停車場，在攜程還給了五分好評，沒想到這次入住，讓我大跌眼鏡，我們是晚上7點多到的，帶着媽媽快80歲了，自駕回老家途徑住一晚，前台看我們從車上搬行李，就是看着也沒説過來幫忙也就算了，入住後太累了洗澡就準備睡了，沒想到淋浴間不知道哪漏水，整個衞生間都是水，更離譜的是馬桶，坐上去來回搖擺，嚇我一跳，一看下面固定的地方鬆動了，如果晚上長者家起來上洗手間咋辦呀，很容易摔倒的，後來前台叫個師傅過來看，師傅剛開始不明白咋回事，説是淋浴間我們沒關門，後來解釋後他也知道怎麼回事，也看了馬桶，就給前台電話，盡然讓我們到三樓，太氣人了，大晚上的剛洗完澡，頭都是濕，最後還是換了同層的，換的房間挺好，其實這個酒店是當地很好的酒店，在這樣的小縣城有這樣的酒店真的不錯的，但是前台服務員真心不懂的安排，服務意識太差了，前台也是酒店的門面呀。當晚來維修的師傅我覺得還是有擔當的，錯了立馬會知道怎麼處理，當晚樓層服務員也挺好，幫我們拿東西，另外要對餐廳的服務員給個贊，我們趕路中午就沒吃飯，一路開車錯過了吃飯，很主動的給我們倒水和其他服務，餐廳服務員的服務意識就比前台好很多，有暖到我們，好酒店也要好服務
