老闆人很好，有問必答，很熱心腸。還推薦我們去直播間搶三幺台的票，便宜一大半呢。老闆還説，如果酒店客人，還可以代買景區門票，確實比自己買便宜很多！
衞生：很乾凈，性價比很高。床單被套都很舒服，清潔阿姨也很熱情，不錯不錯。
環境：算是儺城裡環境和設施最好的酒店了。位置也很方便，挨着去魔幻島的橋。晚上睡覺很安靜。是整個貴州之旅睡得最好的一覺呢。
總之很推薦！值得一住！

喜歡旅遊的人去了很多地方，這次是體驗感最差的，別家400多的民宿，比他們好太多了。一大早就通知了老闆，我想要改期，不知道怎麼改，讓老闆來處理。老闆直接給我來個沒回話。我就以為處理好了。結果萬萬沒想到半夜12點給我來電話，説我為什麼沒到。我説我一大早就打電話跟你説改期了，讓你去處理的。結果老闆聲音比我大，比我還兇。我出去玩實在是不想生氣就委託攜程幫忙處理改期。第2天還是去入住了，入住進去沒想到衞生什麼都沒打掃，又站在房間等他們來打掃。衞生間設施非常差。洗漱用品都沒法放上去，放上去就會掉落。經常找服務員，都沒有在崗。對於改期這個事情，我完全是沒有責任的，老闆還是扣了我30%的違約金。説實話，住了這麼多酒店民宿，任何一家的服務都比他們強。儺城這個地方整體的服務質量都非常的差，配套也跟不上，要啥沒啥。建議大家不要去！！本人是真實住客，有錄音為證。

位置挺好，房間一般般哈，暑假旺季人員配置可能不太夠，床還可以，衞生間有點差。綜合來説在儺城還是可以的。
