酒店房間面積大，設施齊全，前廳經理韓洋洋見到我帶着80多歲的父母，主動帶着同事，幫我拖着行李，將長者送到房間，並貼心安排兩間臨近房間，便於我照顧年邁的父母。酒店早餐豐富，便於差旅和全家遊。

喜來登酒店真的是不行啊！這五星級酒店半夜關空調的。問就説外面很涼快，所以室內不需要空調。第一，我睡在外面嗎？第二，是的，外面15度，可是室內26度加上都是沒法開窗的，令人呼吸困難啊！意思是説在北極因為外面冷，室內就不用冰箱了嗎？中央空調打開讓客人有選擇才是正解！

1.房間內有細小飛蟲，很多，晚上會圍着手機、燈飛，早上在脣膏玻璃處多見；2、馬桶前地面入住時有幹掉的液體滴跡象；3、門鑰匙不好用，箭頭不清晰，多次試着才能打開門。

第一次來到大慶住的喜來登大堂的視野特別好，前台的小哥哥辦理入住特別熱情，然後房間佈局很温馨，採光特別好，雖然是個開業十幾年的酒店，但是屋裡的硬件設施還算可以，下次還會來入住
