Hyatt Regency Algiers Airport Reviews

It is considered the best hotel in Algeria. The only thing is that the water smells too strong, smelling like disinfectant. The service attitude is remarkable in all aspects and the rooms are clean.

Everything was very good except that the Hotel did not comply with the pick-up service at the airport, because they forgot, and that made it arrive later than expected, with the kitchen already closed for dinner and having to walk to the hotel from the airport

It takes five minutes to walk to the airport. The hotel service is too slow. Whether it is sending a hair dryer or delivering food, it takes an hour to order a burger. The air conditioner on the side of the hotel on the road side is very noisy! You can only fall asleep when you are tired from a business trip. The shower room drains very slowly and part of the decoration has come off! However, the decoration of his house is newer than that of Marriott. Marriott's hygiene is very poor! Use the towel if it turns black

The breakfast is in line with local characteristics and it should be a better hotel in the capital.

This hotel is very good, and the sanitary facilities are perfect in all aspects. I booked it for my colleagues. What I am most grateful for is that the service provided by the front desk leader, Fateh Slomani, is really excellent. Because of the language barrier, my colleagues encountered many difficulties, and he enthusiastically helped to solve and arrange them. These are not his duties, but he spared no effort to help us a lot. He made us feel that Algiers is so beautiful. Algeria is a very, very friendly country. I am deeply grateful and hope that Ctrip can convey my gratitude to the hotel. Thank you, Fateh Slomani is such a great gentleman!

Hotel close to Algiers international airport. Clean hotel and impeccable service.

It's okay. The waiters inside are very good at carrying luggage.

Not bad, very businesslike. We stayed for a week and had to go somewhere else for the next two days to do business. Because it was close to the airport, we wanted to store our luggage and take it with us to take the plane when we got back. However, if you don't have a check-in reservation, you are not allowed to store your luggage.

On the first day of check-in: the air conditioner is broken, change to another room, but the bed becomes smaller The second day of check-in: no one cleans the room On the third day of check-in: I changed the room, but there was no hair dryer. After calling three times, the hair dryer still hasn’t been received. The work efficiency is poor, the service awareness is poor, and it is not worthy of the super five-star price. But the hotel has a pick-up service, and the driver is enthusiastic and very satisfied

One of the best hotels in Algeria

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

This is an ideal business hotel. Close to the airport with good transport links into the city. Modern business facilities with good internet connectivity.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location for the airport and top notch service. I would choose Hyatt ALG airport for every stay.
