From the reception door the service was pathetic. Had a delayed flight which made us arrive at the hotel after 1am.....The security guard was sleeping together with the lady at reception.....The lady at reception had a stinking attitude and gave us a room which was smelly and had a leak in the bathroom. We had to ask for a change and the next one had 1 bed yet i specifically asked for 2 single beds.....We then later settled for another room but the experience was horrible. If possible please rremove that hotel from your list of possible hotels to stay in that area.

The taxi was forgotten to be sent to the airport and the porter was asleep when we arrived and didn't wake up when we came. Very dirty place with all the allowed extras missing, nobody cared. Water and soap and care would be enough to start, It was once a beautiful place.

Rooms are very clean and staff are very kind and it's located near Port and if any emergency there is hospital near more shopping malls ****** is near to enjoy and it is very safe and secured hotel for staying

Very good customers support staff, its very near to Zanzibar ticket point for tourist persons, healthy breakfast, high speed wifi specialty, very hygienic place. The hotel is located in city center, near by hospital specificity available.

The stay was characterised by a nice welcome at the reception. The room is clean but aircon, TV and water heater were not working. The room was extra hot and no bottle of water is offered, neither coffee/tea making utensils. What affected me most are the mosquitoes, I couldn't sleep. While the infrastructure is good, management is doing little to keep the standard. The breakfast is generally not good for a 3 star hotel.

Everything went well, hotel located right in the middle of shops and near the ferry.
We had warned that we would be leaving before breakfast and when we left the security guard gave us a bag of breakfast to take away, it was lovely :)
Just no hot water!!
