They told me to wait at their front desk for more than 3 hours without checking in and at the end they told me they don’t have company with trip.com and they couldn’t do anything about my booking and that they don’t use trip.com but only so they told me to go away without letting me stay and no refund nothing that they could do I was so disappointed that they could have told me this news earlier than later

I spent a night at Vegas Luxury Hotel because it is close to my friend's house. It is a beautiful and quiet hotel. However, the staff was so unprofessional and rude. The front desk lady seemed not happy. She did not even greet me and lacked interpersonal communication skills. The man who was carrying our luggage to the room was also rude. I was asking for an extra towel but he refused to provide it to me. He said they would charge me extra money for a towel. They only provided two bath towels, no handcloth, and no face-washing towel. The hotel is located nearby some local restaurants. Overall, the staff looked unhappy and unprofessional.

Such a beautiful and convenient place to stay! This hotel is ideally located near the mall, various eateries, and within walking distance of high-end clubs and entertainment venues. The rooms are immaculately clean and spacious, providing exceptional comfort. The customer service is top-notch, ensuring a delightful experience for every guest.

Oh my god, where do I even begin? If you’re okay with roaches as roommates, then maybe this place will suit you. On our very first night, we were greeted by two roaches in our room. Naturally, we went to the reception to request a different room, hoping to salvage the stay. Unfortunately, we were met with indifference. The receptionist told us, rather nonchalantly, that the hotel was fully booked and there were no other rooms available. When I mentioned finding the roaches, the receptionist gave me a blank look and replied, "We sprayed before you arrived," almost as if this should reassure us. Instead, it was a chilling admission that the staff were well aware of the problem but had done little to resolve it. To make matters worse, this wasn't an isolated incident. Other members of our group also reported finding roaches in their rooms, making it clear that the issue is widespread and persistent. It was incredibly uncomfortable knowing that the management was aware of this infestation and still continued to operate without adequately addressing it. And if the roach issue weren’t enough, let me assure you that there is nothing “luxurious” about this establishment, despite its claims. The hotel is a four-story building with no elevator, so be prepared to lug your bags up multiple flights of stairs. To make things worse, it’s situated on a poorly maintained dirt road that floods when it rains, making it nearly impassable on foot. As for the breakfast, calling it "basic" would be generous—it’s little more than a few bland items, leaving much to be desired. In short, if you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic hygiene, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place falls short on every front, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking even a minimal level of hospitality. Find a more reputable, hygienic place where your comfort and health are actually valued.

Hotel is quite nice and very clean! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. some issue with the water heater and internet is a bit slow but other than that, everything else is good! be sure to state that you need a room with a safe as not all rooms have one

Beware! Customer service is extremely unprofessional. House keeping failed to clean my room. I gave my room key to reception and informed them I would return to the same room later that day. They entered the room and removed the sheets and pillows from the bed but did not remake the bed or clean the room. After informing the manager they quickly half cleaned the room. Note: I left at 10:00am and returned at 2pm. They failed to wash my laundry and gave me back soiled laundry. I was informed that my laundry would be returned the same day. I called to inquire about my laundry at 8pm but was not given an answer. The next morning when I called the front desk I was informed that the clothes were not washed the previous day and they would be wash that morning but would not be dry before check out. They returned my unwashed laundry and ask me to wear then to my morning meetings. Unfortunately, I missed boarding transportation and meetings. I am international and upgraded to the Executive Suite when I arrived because of the beautiful interior design but the lousy customer service hinders such luxury. Peace
