The private beach 🏖 is beautiful and well cleaned. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, including refrigerators, slippers, safes, clothes racks, etc. The scenery outside the window is very good, and there is also a place to hold parties.

Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service from everyone (reservations, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, management), direct access to the beach, and an excellent swimming pool (shallow section 25 meters long, separate deep section 16 meters long). Very good hot and cold breakfast included with room booking, and extremely good (although rather expensive) buffet lunch and evening meals also available in beautiful outdoor restaurant. Location is not ideal if you need to visit the city center repeatedly, but transport by car or bajaj is easy to arrange via Uber or Bolt. There is no currency exchange at this hotel, but one can hire transport to an ATM 5 minutes away.

The ambience,the friendly staff at the reception and housekeeping,the cleanliness everything was at it's best. I was there to celebrate my birthday,I requested they bake a gluten free cake and they delivered. I also requested they play my birthday song as I cut the cake and they played it on repeat mode. The group managing director also came to wish me a happy birthday and being a solo traveler,that was very heartwarming. They have a functional gym too. The only incident I had was at the restaurant on my second day,I asked for the menu only for the attendant to go away for a whole hour,I had to involve another staff member but he apologised and I hope that was not profiling because being a solo traveler that's something we experience all the time. Other than that, there was definitely value for money.

Whoever it may concern. I had Lunch from your buffet I paid cash to the waiter 20/04/2024 .I am chasing for my receipt . It is big dilemma to get emails from Ramada try to clarify. I did not eat at Ramada. Though the food was nice and taste. But scan and send to me for my bursar .

Beautiful stay! Lovely lady at reception upgraded our room to a beautiful sea view. The food is the best I have had in Tanzania! The chef came and spoke to us about his recipes. The staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. I love this hotel, having stayed at others in the area and paying a lot more - this is the best!! Thank you to all the staff 💗

Nice location of the hotel with sea view, just at the beach. Nice and helpful staff. Nice pool. Very nice breakfast and a la carte menu, tasted perfect. A bed lamp is needed on both sides of the bed for reading when dark. Black birds disturb during breakfast, tried to steel food on the plates.
