I booked with them with a sea view, and they excused that there was no vacant room, and the employee Ziad promised me at 9 am that it would be replaced for me, at 9 am I went to the reception, but it was clear that their employee lied to me and my room was not replaced, otherwise my room overlooks sewer pipes and there is no security box ( I contacted them and he said that it is under maintenance), also the table is scratched and the furniture is dirty. I can live in a two-star hotel better than this hotel and it’s bad trea**ent. I do not advise anyone to deal with it. and I will complain too, I'm very upset, I came to the hotel for relaxation and problems

Reception staff were rude, didn’t help at all. We book a family room ( two adults, two kids) , they gave us a room with only a double bed. Stayed in the lobby for two hours until they fixed the problem. They gave us a double bed , a single bed and a sofa

It is one of the rare hotels that I find to be clean and better than it seems, where you can always stay with your family. I can even say it is the best. Also, the breakfast was very good. The employees were very attentive, good work to everyone...

The hotel deserves five stars. The indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna and steam bath are wonderful. The food is delicious. It was my first visit to this hotel, where I came for business, and it will be my only choice in Trabzon from now on. The hotel staff is very helpful, thank you Tilya Resort Hotel
