Absolutely disgusting service!! We booked via ********** in May 2022 for Rocking the Daisies festival. We called Allys Place directly on the 3rd October and spoke to Dane, whereby he informed us that they are fully booked and have no trace of our booking. In May, we received full confirmation that our booking is reserved and confirmed and they received our full payment. Allys Place has not called us once to apologise for any inconvenience caused from their side and they refuse to refund our money. Allys Place also refuses to accept our calls as well as the calls from **********, as we are all trying to resolve this matter. I do not recommend this accommodation at all! Absolutely disgusted.
