Convenience and good breakfast. Walking distance to Train Station

Overall good, but no Internet Access during my two night stay that was disappointed.

Für mich zweckmäßig und gut, zufriedenstellend

Leider keine smart tv um apps wie YouTube Netflix usw. Benutzen zu können, allerdings war das personal sehr nett. Werde auf jeden fall nochmal buchen in Zukunft.

Unfortunately no smart tv to use apps like YouTube Netflix etc., but the staff was very nice. Will definitely book again in the future.

Der Service war eine Katastrophe Beim Einchecken erfuhr ich auf Nachfrage, dass der Wellness-Bereich geschossen ist. Auf meine Frage nach einer Alternativen bekam ich die Antwort “Fragen sie doch im nahe gelegenen MARITIM“. Hätte ich das doch gemacht und umgebucht... Denn mein Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Als ich dies reklamierte, sagte die Rezeption mir, das sie niemanden mehr zum reinigen hätten und bot mir an, dass ich umziehen könne. Natürlich ohne Hilfe. Man schaute sich auch mein Zimmer an und meinte “ Da habe ich schon schlimmeres gesehen“.... Mit verschlug dies die Sprache.  Auch das Frühstück ist im Vergleich zu früher viel schlechter geworden.  Schade um das Hotel.
