Premier Inn Dartford

Everything from the welcome to us leaving was exceptional, would stay here again. The food was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the staff were amazing.

Night at the hotel was splendid!!!!!!!!Top-notch service, cozy rooms, and prime location. Highly recommend! The room was very clean, helpful and friendly staff at the reception and in the hk. I will definitely come back again!!!!!!!!!!

Only stayed for 1 night but it was such a lovely experience could happily stayed for longer. Friendly staff, very clean and comfy bedroom. The meal deal was excellent value and very filling. Good free parking and easy to find.

Good hotel near commercial area clean, quiet with restaurant … The staff is perfect , really professional and nice. For example they are more efficent than big hotels Bon hotel. avec personnel professionnel et très serviable et aimable… rare

We stayed overnight on 15th May. The gentleman at reception (didn't get his name) was extremely mannerable and very helpful. Made us feel very welcome. We all agreed that our dinner at Beefeater was the best meal out we have had in a long time. Steaks done to perfection and plenty on plate. While all restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful, our waitress Nikki really stood out. Despite the restaurant being very busy and also short staffed, she remained calm and managed to sort a table for us quickly and efficiently and remained good humoured throughout. IMO they all deserve a medal (and a pay rise). It is never easy dealing with the public. Rooms were clean fresh and very comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. Definitely would return and would recommend to anyone.

Just spent a pleasant weekend at the Dartford Premier Inn. Plus points, easy parking, pleasant helpful staff, quiet clean air conditioned rooms, comfortable beds, good wet room facilities. Reasonable prices. Nice food at attached Beefeater restaurant. Minus points, for us, none really !!

Very comfortable stay at this Premier Inn. We use this company a lot, this is the best one we have stayed in. Very helpful friendly staff. Clean rooms. It is very quiet, breakfast is excellent. Plenty of parking, and a good night's sleep. Thank you.

I arrived on early Saturday evening, I was then welcomed to check in. Easy instructions to my room for the visit. The room was clean and spacious for a solo person. Plenty of towels and extra pillows for added comfort. I did pay for the Premier Inn Plus room so I had a fridge to hand for cold drinks. Excellent stay, slept well .. very friendly staff made me feel at home 🙂 Will definitely 100% return for another night 👌🏻

The over all stay was wonderful the staff were all friendly and happy to help. We had a issue in our room regarding our TV and when we told reception they were quick to come and take a look and see if they could resolve the issue they even brought another key card incase they had to change our room. (Which thankfully we didn't) The only thing I would say about the room is the air con it wouldn't go down any lower than 19 degrees and where we have had such lovely hot weather lately it made the room very hot a fan was supplied but it didn't help cool the room at all. Over all a good night would stay again.
