Just spent a pleasant weekend at the Dartford Premier Inn. Plus points, easy parking, pleasant helpful staff, quiet clean air conditioned rooms, comfortable beds, good wet room facilities. Reasonable prices. Nice food at attached Beefeater restaurant. Minus points, for us, none really !!

Very comfortable stay at this Premier Inn. We use this company a lot, this is the best one we have stayed in. Very helpful friendly staff. Clean rooms. It is very quiet, breakfast is excellent. Plenty of parking, and a good night's sleep. Thank you.

I arrived on early Saturday evening, I was then welcomed to check in. Easy instructions to my room for the visit. The room was clean and spacious for a solo person. Plenty of towels and extra pillows for added comfort. I did pay for the Premier Inn Plus room so I had a fridge to hand for cold drinks. Excellent stay, slept well .. very friendly staff made me feel at home π Will definitely 100% return for another night ππ»

The over all stay was wonderful the staff were all friendly and happy to help. We had a issue in our room regarding our TV and when we told reception they were quick to come and take a look and see if they could resolve the issue they even brought another key card incase they had to change our room. (Which thankfully we didn't) The only thing I would say about the room is the air con it wouldn't go down any lower than 19 degrees and where we have had such lovely hot weather lately it made the room very hot a fan was supplied but it didn't help cool the room at all. Over all a good night would stay again.

Not the easiest place to find using a Sat Nav Carpark was littered with rubbish and cigarette ends Booked a disabled room, but did not expect to find a child cot to be in the room Room was next to a pylon and sub station Woke up with a terrible headache at around mid night The restaurant also left a lot to be desired We will not be returning to this hotel

This hotel is situated close to Dartford Crossing and near to Bluewater shopping centre. lots of free parking and friendly staff at reception. As always with Premier Inn the room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great and towels supplied were spotless . No noise from M25 or neighbouring rooms.

We love staying in a premier inn We came for my husbands birthday away to dartFord to bluewaterr for the day and stayed in the premier inn Always have a good nights sleep whatever premier inn we stay in Staff were friendly and welcoming Our room was nice and clean and bed very comfy Would definitely stay again !

I always enjoy a Relaxing stay at Premier inn Dartford whenever I visit my family .Very welcoming friendly staff and spacious clean rooms. Very pleasant housekeeping staff offered to help a little inconvenience with the heating in my room .

Wow this Premier Inn in Dartford was so nice. Room was so big, great for my husband in a wheelchair not having to struggle around chairs. Service excellent & food in restaurant attached was really good.
