Brilliant stay. Really friendly staff. Outstanding value for money. Really handy for anyone going to ewood park. Opened the bar for us on arrival and brought the kids sandwiches and crisps. Thoroughly recommend

The property was amazing the staff was friendly and couldnt do enuff for us, the down side was *******, who didnt have an account with them so the took my money and promised me the earth, but when i got to the hotel there was no booking took me 1.5hrs to get incontact with ******* who tried to send me somewhere else at 23.45 at night, it wasn't acceptable, but the hotel was more than welcoming and helped me out more than they should of, this hotel was amazing

Sadly our room was very tired.
Stained ceiling from obvious large leak. Wallpaper ripped in parts. Bathroom in need of refurb.
Couldnt fault breakfast choice⭐️
Once a big favourite of mine but sadly room really put me off I know there were muvh beyter ones.
