We had a lovely stay. Great location. Clean and very comfortable rooms and we had very large twin beds..so comfy and pillows too. Room 203 had an amazing view and large balcony which we loved. No extra charges for aircon or safe! Breakfast is outstanding..such a choice of fresh and cooked food and a beautiful view from the terrace. Gina and all her family and staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Just as a footnote..if you have mobility issues, walking up the slope from the road to the hotel could be tricky as it's quite steep if you're on foot. However there is loads of room to park your car or bike directly outside the hotel and there is a lift. Swimming pool lovely and clean and pool bar which we didn't use this time as went to the beach (max 10 mins walk away). Very close to supermarket and restaurants..great location and bus stop at the end of the road..easy to get into Corfu town and anywhere else on the island. We stayed at the Grecotel Eva Palace in spring 2023 as a family of four. We found the hotel to be fantastic and suited what we wanted with two teenage sons. The hotel is situated on a peninsula on the sheltered east of Corfu which means the sea was calm and felt like a lake at times. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean everywhere. We stayed in a bungalow with sea view which meant the children had single sofa beds in a separate room. The pool area was very nice but not heated if you are going early season. We all enjoyed the breakfast options as they were varied each morning and the staff were very welcoming each day. Our food highlight was the steak and sushi restaurant and we had a lovely evening there. The views from the lobby bar were amazing too and Sylvia looked after us all holiday. She was wonderful. A great hotel with friendly staff and would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here and really cannot fault it. We wanted to find a lovely hotel, where we could completely chill and relax with our new born (13 weeks). The hotel was extremely accommodating for all our baby needs and provided everything you could really ask for when travelling with a baby. The only point to mention here is that the car seat provided by the hotel was not really adequate for babies that can’t sit up on their own. The breakfast and evening buffets were expansive and top quality. The restaurants were also great. My only thoughts were they lacked an authentic Greek restaurant - would have loved a gyro Pitta for lunch! The rooms were roomy, had a great powerful shower and the swim up pool was a real treat. If we could afford the same room during peak season we would be back!

We have just returned from a 7 day break at The Paradise Hotel. We had one of the garden view rooms which is in need of a refurbishment. It was plenty big enough and clean, bed was comfy but it was a little tired looking. The sink was huge making getting in the bathroom tricky to say the least, it was half the size of the bath! The buffet style food was really good and there was only one night where we felt a bit underwhelmed. The rest of the meals at breakfast and dinner were great and it was nice to have the chefs out checking stuff at the serving places all the time. The garden and pool area were lovely but need a little polishing. The staff were all brilliant but a special shout out to Harris who is one of the greatest waiters/concierge you could ever find. We sat and watched him work over the week and I can honestly say he just never stops! He seemed to have got stuff done before you even asked and when you did it took seconds to be put right. He and the younger girl (cut finger, cannot remember her name) and the other lady Slovenian (?) were also wonderful. All in all not only with the great service and location, we both said we would like to return and that has never happened before. Well done Paradise Staff.

We stayed for 5 days, and we were very good! The staff is very kind. We must thank Sofia, he literally saved us the holiday! He spoke Italian and he knew how to give us a lot of information about the beaches and the best places to visit, he even printed a map of the island. Breakfast is varied and everything is very good. The hotel is literally two steps from Ipsos, the most crowded area with the rooms that are over the sea.

Myself and my boyfriend spent 10 nights here and it was just ideal. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very professional. The room is very clean and is equipped with the basics you need. The location is perfect, with only meters from the beautiful beach and a few minutes of a walk to the local bars, shops and restaurants. The breakfast included every morning was plentiful. Good selection and well organised. This hotel is perfect for couples or families. It is so relaxing and good value for money.

The hotel is not central to Corfu Town but you can get there in 20 minutes on foot. the hotel does not have its own beach but right in front of the hotel there is a descent to the sea where you can swim but it is not a real beach. A 3-minute walk away is the mon repose beach (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella 28 euros) it is a quiet beach equipped with bathroom, showers and bar. The hotel has very nice common areas but the rooms are tiny and badly maintained, we booked for 10 days and the room was so small that we didn't have room for our suitcases, I asked for a bigger room but they replied that they were all the same, I pointed out that they were completely different from the rooms advertised on the site and they replied that those were old photos. The non-existent cleaning, in 10 days they never swept or mopped the floor in the room, often even the bathroom was dirty after the daily cleaning. They often forgot to leave us shampoo and shower gel and towels on the last day so I had to call and ask to bring what was missing. In short, a constant stress. The curtains and bedspread were dirty and stained. Hygiene was also very poor, in the breakfast room pigeons were flying over the buffet and when I pointed out that it was a hygiene problem I was told that it was a problem they were trying to solve but hadn't managed to solve yet, to apologize that day they gave us free cappuccinos that we had ordered for breakfast and a bottle of wine in the room (cappuccinos and espresso coffee are considered extras and cost 3.80 euros ... per day ...) Given my complaints about poor services, non-existent cleaning and non-existent hygiene, they offered us a 15-minute foot massage at the hotel spa, a pity that they offered us this salty gift in the evening and on Monday we had to leave and for Sunday there were no seats… in short, a fool's errand! Upon arrival they did not offer us welcome champagne as they did with other guests. Luckily I speak English because no one speaks Italian (only one guy speaks Italian and he usually works the night shift and is very kind and helpful). The hotel does not have private parking but it is quite easy to park in the immediate vicinity. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in an excellent position and has all the credentials to be a truly 4-star hotel but they should be more respectful and attentive to the customer and improve hygiene and cleanliness
