房間衞生乾淨，可能由於是賓館，而且時間久一點吧，設施一般。熱水洗浴供應還是很充足，水量也大。八十多元的房間，這樣也是説的過去。

今天我倆開車送貨來到福建省三明市大田縣，在網上去哪兒網上訂了套雙人間價格68元，我們拿出身份證，説是內蒙古的，她説內蒙古不能往，我問為什麼？她説不上，她要打電話問一下。我問她內蒙是否中國的，她説是，我問她，我們在全國各地的賓館都能住，你這賓館為什麼就有問題。她也回答不上來，很不情願的給我倆辦了入住手續。是否在網上訂房間價格低的問題？還是有一種歧視。

好的方面：
1、位置好找，就在巡邏隊對面
2、賓館所處位置較安靜，不會喧吵
不好的方面：
1、賓館沒有電梯，衹有樓梯
2、賓館無線速度一般
3、賓館使用的還是之前廣電的服務，所以電視不能自己選擇觀看綜藝及點播電影等
4、房間裏面的電腦就是一個擺設，主機沒有電源線，沒有VGA線，根本就無法使用
