Randomly picked this B&B and it turned out to be really comfortable. The front desk girl was very enthusiastic and even let us ride a tricycle, which made my child very happy. Breakfast is served at an outside restaurant; I initially thought it would be a long walk, but it's actually not too far, and the food was delicious.

The hotel front desk lady is extremely nice and helpful. When she learned we won’t have time for breakfast, she packaged a bagful of food for us. When I told her I need to have a meeting in the lobby early morning she made sure the area is well lighted and comfortable.

It’s a great hotel in a really central location. The people there were friendly and helpful, the coffee and breakfast were really good, and everything was clean and new. There are also some bikes and scooters that can be rented really cheaply with a QR code outside the hotel so it was easy getting around. Very fast WiFi is a big plus for anyone who might need it. Highly recommende !

I booked a family room, which was quite spacious with plenty of room for luggage. The guesthouse itself is fairly new, and they provide complimentary toiletries. There's also a washing machine on the first floor. The hotel is right next to the city wall, and for meals, you'll need to walk about 10-15 minutes to Sipai Street. From the accommodation, you can even see the Daiwang Mansion. Breakfast is a set menu and tastes good; it's not served inside the guesthouse, but it's only an 8-minute walk away.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and smart! Every detail in the room was meticulously thought out. The toiletries were high-quality, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The design was beautiful and very photogenic. There's even a small courtyard outside, and our room had a bathtub! I specifically brought bath salts and rose petals to soak in the tub, washing away all the day's fatigue and starting a new day refreshed. I'd definitely want to stay here again next time I visit!

My child absolutely loved this room! Besides being spacious, it was incredibly well-equipped. They even provided free earplugs and makeup remover wipes, not to mention complimentary tricycles and bicycles for exploring the ancient city. It was very quiet at night, making for a peaceful sleep. And the front desk staff? Their service was exceptional – truly made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast, served on a street in the ancient city, was just a few hundred meters away.

Our family of four spent one night in Datong to break our week in Beijing, and this hotel was such a breath of fresh air from our more "utilitarian" hotel in the capital. We stayed in the Lushun room. It was modern, clean, airy, and had good room temperature control despite being the shoulder season. Highly recommended if staying there with kids, as they can have their own separate area and parents can truly relax. We didn't try breakfast, though, as it's a 10-minute walk away, and we just wanted to rest in the morning. We just ordered food in.
