Camp Holiday Resort & Recreation Area

I am very dissatisfied. It took 3 hours to enter the room. The hotel don't accept trip.com Mastercard payments. The hotel ordered me to negotiate with TRIPcom. It's a ridiculous story. It was very unpleasant. For some reason I was taken a deposit of 3000 pesos.

I had an unpleasant start with this hotel - the reception staff told me that my booking with Trip.com was unacceptable and there were no record of my booking. Fortunately I was able to reach Trip.com's Customer Service personnel, Ms Yolanda who was able to resolve the matter with the hotel. All in, it took about 40 mins before I could finally checked-in. This hotel badly needs to be refurbished - the aircond leaked badly and not cold throughout my 3 days stay, the shower spray is quite dysfunctional, the sink is small - no place to put any toiletries, has no stopper and some of my toiletries fell into the sink hole were irretrievable. The swimming pool is dirty as there is no control and supervision on the people using the pool who were NOT wearing proper swimming attire and were barefooted with sands when they went into the pool. The only upside of this hotel is its location, which is right at the Babak ferry wharf, save time to queue at the ferry terminal and the hotel security assists its guests with cars in getting in and out of the queue.

The area is very accessible because it is walking distance from the port and they also have restaurant inside. Management is very friendly, they do offer food but we didn't eat there so I can't comment on its quality. The Wi-Fi works well. Liked the infinity pool . Nice kids play area. Lots of seating area. The water is very clear and the sand was very white. This hotel and resort is cheap yet accommodating. It was SULIT for us as we enjoyed our cousin bonding in this place.

Great accommodation and very satisfying views, and there's a lot of great amenities. And i can say that, it is very budget friendly specifically to those people who have lesser budget. And you can access it easily because it is just along the wharf. Highly recommend resort

There resort is very nice and have an approachable staff. Excellent lodging with extremely pleasing views and plenty of excellent facilities. And I can affirm that it is really affordable, especially for those with smaller budgets. Additionally, it's conveniently accessible as it's right next to the wharf. Strongly suggest this resort.

The staffs were very accommodating, features were nice. The place it self is very convenient to come to but since it is near to the wharf, i feel like the beach is filthy because of the oil from the ferry, I also like the rules they imposed like the dresscode for the swimming pool.

The place is so very relaxing and chill with my friends, and the rooms is very nice ambiance and the service is so excellent. It is accessible and has a lot of space to spend some time on. Their food are delicious as well.

I was there while having our Mandatory Training for SK Councilors last November 15, 2023. As for my experience, the staffs are very accommodating and smiling, there wood is to dine for. And so, this Resort is very fascinating.
