This hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and all the appliances were working properly, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient since it’s just walking distance to Pryce Tower and nearby establishments. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy.

Clean room, quiet, good location close to restaurants, cafes & bars. Staff were helpful & I was able to leave some belongings at the hotel for a few days while I did night life in downtown

I did not expect the room was so clean, everything was white and smells good. Except for the towel not so nice fabric. But overall it is worth your money.

I can’t stress enough how much i love this hotel. It’s always clean and very near to restaurants and mall. I just hope all their rooms would have a smart tv na.

Everything that we have expected is available and the staff are very warm welcoming, they even take initiative in serving us we have extended one ore night.

the aircon is not working. they need to give us electric fan. the place and room are nice but i hope next time when we book again the aircon is fixed.

I enjoy Davao. But last night was the first time in years I wanted to be back in my room as opposed to being out. So comfortable and the team is beyond helpful. Always a great stay when room is available.

We enjoyed our stay very much! This is my first time in Davao, and this hotel is out of my expectations. It’s very clean, hotel staffs are very accommodating (no worries even if there’s no elevator because the staffs will help you carry your luggage), location is very accessible to city center! Overall, will definitely check in here again if we will be visiting Davao again soon.

I always enjoy my stay in the strand everytime I visit Davao. The location is near downtown and accessible to all modes of transportation. The staff are courteous and helpful. They bake their own bread ! which they serve with coffee for breakfast . I have already been staying with them on my 3rd visit to Davao.
