The hotel’s location is convenient, especially if you need to be close to the airport. The rooms were clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful.
However, I would not recommend this hotel for senior citizens or guests with mobility issues because there are many steep stairs and accessibility is limited. The à la carte breakfast was also quite limited, with only a few menu options available.

It was a terrible experience. Bad smells in the room, wifi is not working, flooded room and towels are like rugs. Nothing is good in this hotel. Should not be a 3star hotel category.

The hot and cold shower wasn’t working. The staff came but didn’t move us to a room with a working hot and cold shower. The shower head is also broken, and you have to hold it to use it because you can’t hang it in the broken holder. The toilet became blocked just when it was badly needed, but the staff attended to it and resolved the issue, which was good. Check-out takes a while because you have to wait for them to check the rooms before they check you out. We didn’t experience this at other good hotels in Davao.

The room is big but the airconditioner is not cold even if the temp is 16 deg. The receptionists have bad attitude. Not accomodating, nakasimangot lang even if asked politely. No readily available hot water. The soap is disappointing.

With sufficient car parking spaces available . Below the hotel and nearby are varied food choices and there is a convenience store in the building that is open 24/7 . I like the idea that they have numerous electrical outlets in the room and in the cafe at the convenience store , for travelers bringing work and laptop it is very convenient. Wifi signal is strong too.
