The owner is so generous and kind they allowa us to check in early because we arrive 8am and we have time to sleep they have food and drinks also and the place is peaceful and relaxing. Very good services.

Amazing!!! Silence and relaxation, a pool and palm trees in a big city. Everything for life is nearby - food, shopping. Responsive staff - special respect!! Help and information for any questions. I recommend this hotel!! I will come back here again!!!

Had a very good stay. The breakfast is good. The quality service of the employees is very good. They are very kind. One thing I would point out is that the room was with a strong smell of mold. We asked to change the rooms and the employee kindly accepted our petition.

It is both a hotel and a restaurant🍴 The location is very good, close to a main traffic road, and it is very convenient to go anywhere by car. The hotel has a very beautiful small courtyard with an antique interior. There are several breakfast sets to choose from. It is very nice to sit at the dining table in the courtyard in the morning and enjoy breakfast😊 It is clean and the service staff is also very good. Because my flight was leaving at night, I applied for late check-out and added 500 pesos. When traveling to Davao, I highly recommend the Big House Hotel🏨

You get what you pay for. Room is so small. Towels, toiletries and linen are not replaced everyday. There are alot of mosquitos and sometimes it is noisy during night time. My television has volume problems. Over all good for short term stay.

We arrived late in the evening yet they still accomodated us well. There was a slight miscommunication between my booking through trip.com and their system but was resolved after i showed them my booking details. They forgot to return my id upon checkout since my wifey was the one who checked us out, good thing they called us to inform us. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Clean, amazing experience, and the bed and pillow don't hurt my back...it's okay...👍 If I come back, I'll stay here because it's my favorite place😅😁

My recent stay at this hotel was generally pleasant with smooth service and friendly staff. However, the security team left much to be desired. They were often seen using their phones, which made them appear unprofessional. One evening, after picking up food, we were told by security to use the backyard for such activities. This was particularly frustrating as it was raining at the time. Additionally, the security personnel seemed to have an overly strict approach, constantly asking for our room number and checking our room card, which felt unnecessary and intrusive. It seemed like they were not well-acquainted with their guests and lacked basic hospitality skills. While the overall stay was enjoyable, improvements in the security staff's approach would enhance the experience significantly.
